- Salt - a pinch
- Sugar - 50 g or to taste
- Vegetable oil - for frying
- Eggs - 1 pc.
- Black currant - 100 g
- Flour - 4 tablespoons
Step-by-step preparation of currant pancakes with black currant, recipe with photo:
1. Place the curd in a bowl for kneading the dough. Then add eggs, flour, salt and sugar.
If the curd is very moist, remove the whey from it first. To do this, hang the curd in cheesecloth and leave for half an hour. Otherwise, you will have to add more flour to the dough so that it absorbs all excess moisture. In this case, you will not get cheese cakes, but pancakes with cottage cheese.
2. Knead the dough. If you want the curd cakes to be a homogeneous consistency, beat the dough with a blender. If you like to feel the curd taste, just knead the dough with a spoon.
