There are common dishes for everyday life that we consume regularly. However, they may not be familiar to ordinary housewives from the point of view of professional cooking. I think that every person prepared it at least once in his life.
Brizol is another masterpiece of French cuisine, which can be attributed more to a specific method of preparation than to a dish. From the French word "brizol" is translated "fried in an egg or omelette." It is prepared from minced meat of any kind of meat, fish, poultry. The technology is simple: the main ingredient is simply fried in a beaten egg. As a result, of course, the dish turns out to be several times higher in calories than regular chops, cutlets or fried fillets, but it's worth it.
It is impossible not to note that our hostesses have already contributed a share of invention and imagination to this recipe, making it more acceptable for cooking at home. Today, many different variations of homemade brizol are known, which involve the use of not only meat, but also mushrooms, vegetables, etc. But we'll talk about this later, but now let's get down to the recipe.

Ingredients:
- Eggs - 2 pcs.
- Pork - 200 g
- Sour cream - 3 tablespoons
- Cheese - 30 g
- Sweet pepper - 0.5 pcs.
- Salt - 1/3 tsp
- Ground black pepper - a pinch
- Vegetable oil - for frying
How to make brizol:
1. Wash the meat, peel off the film, cut out the fat and twist it through a medium or fine grinder grid.
2. Season the minced meat with salt and ground pepper. Mix well and form two balls about 6 cm in diameter, which you place on the plastic wrap.
3. Remove one meatball aside, and place a small piece of cling film on top of the second. Roll out the minced meat with a rolling pin so that it takes the form of a round thin cake about 3 mm thick.
4. Now prepare the scrambled eggs. Drive the eggs into a deep bowl, add sour cream and salt.
5. Stir the egg and sour cream mixture with a whisk or fork.
6. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
7. Put the pan on the stove, add vegetable oil and heat well. Pour half of the egg mass and quickly distribute it in a circle.
8. As soon as the egg grabs, immediately place the meat cake on top of it.
9. Fry the omelet literally 3-4 minutes and turn it over. Cook for an additional 4 minutes in medium heat.
10. Place the fried egg with minced meat on a round plate and immediately add the grated cheese in the middle.
11. Next, place the sweet pepper cut into strips. It can be applied fresh or frozen.
12. Gently roll up the dish. Do it all quickly while it is hot as it is. when the food has cooled down, it will become denser and it will no longer be possible to curl it. Serve the brizol to the table immediately after cooking while hot. You can decorate the dish with freshly chopped herbs.
