- Raisins - 50 g
- Dark chocolate - 50 g
Step-by-step preparation of raisins in chocolate, recipe with photo:
1. Break the chocolate into wedges and place in a bowl. Send it to a water bath or microwave.
2. Place the raisins in a sieve and rinse under running cold water. Soak it in alcohol if desired. But do not pour out the alcohol left over from pickling, it will come in handy for any recipe or for soaking muffins, biscuits or cake layers.
3. Dry the raisins with a paper towel. You can leave it in the fresh air so that it is completely dry and weathered.
4. Melt the chocolate to a soft consistency, but make sure that it does not burn, otherwise it will acquire bitterness.
5. Place the prepared raisins in a bowl of chocolate.
6. Stir the raisins until they are completely covered with the icing.
7. Spread baking parchment, food foil, or a plastic bag on top of a plank with chocolate-covered raisins on top.
