Ingredients:
- Yeast-free puff pastry (purchased) - 500 g (packing)
- Cottage cheese - 300 g
- Seedless raisins (raisins) - 50 g
- Sugar - 2-3 tablespoons (with top)
- Eggs - 2 pcs.
Cooking puffs with cottage cheese and raisins:
- Defrost the dough, roll it out thinner (about 2 mm) and cut into rectangles.
- Rinse the raisins, pour boiling water over them so that they soften and swell.
- For the filling, grind the curd thoroughly with an egg and sugar. Add raisins to the mass, mix.
- Make cuts on the dough rectangles on one side. Put a spoonful of the filling on the other edge. Fold the dough in half, that is, cover the filling with the cut half of the dough. Clamp the edges with a fork. Gently spread the beaten egg on top of the product. This can be done with your hand or with a special brush.
- Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Cover the baking sheet with parchment, lay out the puffs. Bake for about 15 minutes, until the surface is golden brown.
