Okroshka is a traditional cold soup of Russian cuisine, which is deservedly loved by true gourmets. On a sultry hot summer day, no one can resist in front of a plate of chilled okroshka. Then they are mixed and poured with liquid. The main thing is to cut all the ingredients into small equal cubes. An exception may be cucumbers, they are sometimes grated. Then they will release juice, from which the dish will come out more rich and aromatic. It is also important to use lean meat components, because okroshka is a cold soup. Ingredients:
- Doctor's sausage - 350 g
- Potatoes - 4 pcs.
- Eggs - 5 pcs.
- Fresh cucumbers - 3 pcs.
- Green onions - bunch
- Dill - bunch
- Table vinegar - 2-3 tablespoons
- Sour cream - 500 ml
- Parsley - a bunch
- Mineral water - 4 l
Step by step cooking okroshka in mineral water with vinegar and sour cream:
1. Pre-boil the potatoes in a peel, peel, cool completely and cut into cubes, as in Olivier.
