A step-by-step recipe for steamed chicken fillet in a multicooker: a list of products and the nuances of cooking a healthy meat dish. Video recipe.
Steamed chicken fillet is a healthy and delicious chicken dish that can be added to a variety of diets through steam cooking. Cooking in a steamer or multicooker allows you to preserve a maximum of useful substances, so this method compares favorably with frying in a pan with the addition of a large amount of oil.
Steamed chicken fillet in a slow cooker is very simple to prepare. But it is important to pre-marinate the meat so that as a result the lean food has a bright taste and aroma, and does not resemble an unappetizing piece of pulp cooked without spices for broth.
For dressing we use soy sauce - salty and spicy. Also add a store-bought mixture of Italian herbs, or add separately oregano, rosemary, dried garlic, nutmeg and other spices.
You can steam chicken fillet with a side dish such as rice or potatoes. To do this, the prepared cereals or potatoes will need to be poured onto the bottom of the bowl and filled with the required amount of water. The cooking time for these products coincides in length with the required steaming of chicken meat.

Steaming chicken fillet step by step in a slow cooker
1. Before steaming chicken fillet, process the meat. We wash and dry the chilled breast. Be sure to remove the skin, because it is not very useful. Cut out the bone and cartilage. Then we cut each half across into large pieces.
2. Rinse the fresh lemon fruit, cut it in half and squeeze out the juice. We pour the meat on it, avoiding the seeds.
3. Then pour the soy sauce over the pulp.
4. Pour in all the flavors - a mixture of Italian herbs, black pepper, nutmeg. It is not necessary to add salt, because soy sauce helps to make the dish salty.
5. Mix all the ingredients and leave to marinate for 30-60 minutes, covered with a lid or wrapped in cling film.
6. Bring 2 liters of water to a boil. Pour into the multicooker bowl. Place the meat in a special container with holes, distributing it so that there is a small distance between the pieces. We set the "Steam" mode on the device. If necessary, adjust the cooking time - 40 minutes. Cover with a lid and leave until the end of the set program.
7. After the beep, open the multicooker and take out the meat on a plate.
8. Delicious steamed dietary chicken fillet is ready! We serve it warm along with a side dish and vegetable salad.
