It is very simple to prepare, it does not need much attention to itself and does not require a lot of time. This is perhaps one of the quick recipes for the second course. Frying takes no longer than half an hour, but it looks very professional and has a delicious taste. Its preparation is a pleasure. The meat is very juicy and tender. Such a treat turns out to be very satisfying and can be served with any side dish in the evening for dinner. It goes equally well with potatoes and pasta, with any cereals and rice. Although even with a fresh vegetable salad it will already be delicious. In addition, if you want the meat to be with gravy, then after frying it, add a little water and stew in your own juice.

It is very important to choose the right meat for the dish. To do this, when buying it, gently press on the pulp.
