Step-by-step cooking of straws with feta cheese:
1. Put the cheese into a deep bowl and use a fork to break it into small pieces. Optionally, if you like a more uniform texture, you can interrupt it with a blender.
2. Add one egg to the cheese.
3. Stir well and taste. Add salt as needed. But it may not be needed, because feta cheese can be quite salty. You can also put any greens in the filling.
4. Roll out the filo dough thinly with a rolling pin and pull it out as thin as possible with the back of your hands. 5. Cut the stretched dough into two halves so that its size for one tube is about 30 cm by 15 cm. Divide the filling into four parts and put one of them on the dough.
