The site already has several recipes for baked goods based on beer. Today I want to share another amazingly delicious product - chocolate beer muffins. I note right away that all products must be at room temperature. Therefore, take them out of the refrigerator well in advance. I will bake muffins in portioned molds, which can be any: newfangled silicone, disposable paper or iron. Alternatively, you can bake one large cupcake if you wish. But then double the baking time. Choose a beer that is not very intense for the test. Better to buy light varieties, because dark beer can give baked goods an unpleasant bitter and burnt taste.
These muffins turn out to be simply delicious, they melt gently in your mouth, leaving a pleasant aftertaste. It is moist and soft pulp, unusual taste, incredible satiety and rich chocolate aroma. You won't be stuck for such a long time! These muffins can be consumed even by children without fear that they contain beer. Because in the process of prolonged heat treatment, all beer alcohol will completely evaporate. And if you wish, ready-made muffins can still be soaked with some syrup or liqueur, poured over with chocolate icing or greased with cream. In general, I recommend this recipe to absolutely everyone! I am sure that no one will remain indifferent.
