Step-by-step cooking of sausages in the "Spirals" skewer dough, recipe with photo:
1. Remove the wrapping film from the sausage and pass a wooden stick through its entire length.
2. Spiral in a circle, cut the sausages along the entire length, bringing the knife to the skewer. Spread the sausage slightly along the length of the stick so that there is a little empty space between the slots, where the dough rope will be inserted.
3. Defrost the dough naturally without using a microwave oven. Do this in the refrigerator on the bottom shelf, or as a last resort, at room temperature. Sprinkle the countertop and dust the rolling pin with flour. Roll out the dough into a thin layer of about 5 mm. Cut a sheet of dough into strips of 1, 5-2 cm, which are rolled into a thin rope.
4. In the cut places of the sausage, place the dough rope in a spiral along the entire length. Secure the dough on both sides of the skewer.
5. On a baking sheet, put the sausages in the "Spiral" skewer dough and send them to the heated oven to 180 degrees for 15 minutes. Serve the ready-made appetizer to the table immediately after cooking it hot.
