- Kefir - 200 ml (can be replaced with sour milk or natural low-fat yogurt)
- Sugar - 50 g
- Ginger powder - 1 tsp without a slide (can be replaced with fresh grated root)
- Eggs - 1 pc.
- Salt - a pinch
- Oat flakes - 100 g
- Ground cinnamon - 0.5 tsp
Step-by-step preparation of diet cakes on kefir with oatmeal in a pan, recipe with photo:
1. Place the eggs in a mixing bowl and add sugar.
2. Beat the eggs with a mixer until they increase in volume by 2, 5 times, the formation of an airy foam and acquire a lemon color.
3. Pour kefir at room temperature to the products.
4. Next, add ground ginger powder. If you are using a fresh root, peel it and grate it on a fine grater. It is enough to add 2 cm of fresh root.
5. Then add the instant oatmeal and stir the dough. Its consistency will be quite runny, but don't worry as it will. during the heat treatment, the oatmeal will absorb all the liquid and the flakes will increase in volume.
6. Add ground cinnamon powder, a pinch of salt to the dough and stir the dough again.
The recipe can be diversified and all kinds of additives can be added: raisins, dried apricots, apples, cranberries, raspberries, strawberries, nuts and other components.
7. Pour the dough into silicone molds, filling them in 2/3 parts. If you are using iron tins, grease them with vegetable oil beforehand so that the muffins can be easily removed from them.
