Many people believe that cutlets are only meat or fish. However, if you read the cookbooks of experienced chefs, you can see that they are prepared from absolutely anything. For example, cutlets are lentil, mushroom, potato, carrot, banana, beetroot and many other products. Today I want to tell you a recipe for delicious caviar, which is made from fish caviar.
Fish caviar can be used absolutely whatever you like. You can also make an assortment. You can buy the caviar itself in the store, or you can collect it yourself to the amount you need. For example, they bought fresh carp, fried the fish, and froze the caviar. After a while, they acquired capelin, carp or pike and did the same. And when you have accumulated the required amount of caviar, then prepare pancakes.
The taste of such pancakes is quite unusual. But they have one drawback - they very often turn out to be dry. To fix this, add sour cream or cream to the dough, then the cutlets will become more tender and juicy. Also, one cannot fail to note the benefits of this dish. Caviar contains a lot of omega fats and proteins, which are so necessary for our body.

Set the heat to medium and fry the pancakes for literally 1-2 minutes. They are grabbed instantly, so you should not move away from them so as not to burn. During frying, they change color, become orange, sunny and bright.
