- Prunes - 150 g
- Walnuts - 150 g
- Lemon - 1 pc. big size
- Honey - 150 g
- Raisins, different varieties of nuts, figs - 150 g
Preparation of vitamins from dried fruits, lemon and honey
1. Steam dried apricots with boiling water and leave for 10 minutes. These berries are usually hard, so they need to be soaked in water.
2. Do the same with prunes - cover with hot water for 10 minutes. If you are using raisins, then soak them in the same way.
3. After the dried apricots, place them on a paper towel and blot well.
4. Dry the prunes in the same way with a napkin. If there is a seed in the berries, remove it.
5. Place the lemon in a bowl and cover with boiling water. This is necessary to soften the skin.
6. Leave the lemon in the water for 10 minutes, then pat dry and cut into quarters. Remove the bones.
7. Pierce the walnuts in a clean, dry frying pan. Place a fine or medium wire grinder and twist the nuts.
8. Next chop dried apricots with prunes.
9. And twist the lemon along with the peel.
10. Add honey to food and mix everything well.
11. Pick up convenient glass jars that you fill with the vitamin mass. Cover them tightly and store vitamins in the refrigerator.
