- Cottage cheese - 250 g
- Eggs - 1 pc.
- Poppy - 2 tablespoons
- Manna groats - 3 tablespoons
- Vegetable oil - for frying
- Sugar - 50 g
- Salt - a pinch
Step-by-step preparation of manna-curd balls with poppy seeds in a pan, recipe with photo:
1. Place the curd in a bowl for kneading the dough. Take cottage cheese of any fat content, this only affects the calorie content of the dish. At the same time, choose it drier. If it is wet, hang it in cheesecloth for 15-20 minutes to drain all the serum.
2. Add semolina, sugar and salt to the curd.
3. Place a raw egg next.
