It will not be difficult to prepare them, and even a novice hostess can easily cope with them. The proportions of flour and kefir in this recipe may vary. It depends on the type of flour, the fat content of kefir and the consistency of the pancakes you want to get. For example, if you want lush pancakes, then make sure that the dough has a thick sour cream consistency and that it does not drip from the spoon, but slowly falls off. And if you prefer thin, weightless pancakes, then the dough should pour slowly. In this recipe, the second option is presented, since it is lower in calories due to less added flour. Well, you have the right to bring the dough to the texture you need and get the desired result.
Frying pancakes is best done in a Teflon-lined pan. Then you can use less oils. However, you should not feel sorry for him if the frying pan requires it. Otherwise, they may char. Serve chocolate pancakes best with coffee, cocoa or hot chocolate, or add cream for beauty.

Cooking chocolate pancakes with kefir:
1. Pour kefir at room temperature into a bowl for kneading dough. I draw your attention to the fact that it must be warm, because dough does not mix well with cold food.
2. Add an egg to kefir. It should also be warm, so remove the eggs from the refrigerator beforehand.
3. Add sugar, a pinch of salt, and baking soda to the liquid ingredients. Stir the food well to get a homogeneous mass. You can use baking powder (1.5-2 tsp) instead of baking soda.
4. Then add flour and cocoa powder. It is advisable to sift these products through a fine iron sieve, so it will be easier to knead the dough. Cocoa powder can be substituted for melted dark chocolate.
5. Using a whisk, knead the lump-free dough. Its consistency will be like liquid sour cream and it will drip from the spoon. But if you want the pancakes to be lush and tall, then almost double the amount of flour.
6. Heat the frying pan with vegetable oil well and pour out the dough with a tablespoon. It will spread along the bottom, taking the round shape of pancakes.
7. Fry pancakes on both sides until golden brown. They are usually cooked on each side for about 1.5 minutes. Therefore, do not move away from them, otherwise they may burn out.
