But most of all, profiteroles in the form of a dessert with ice cream, sweet cream, cream are acceptable and loved for our cuisine. Depending on the filling chosen, this is how the dough should be prepared in order to create a balanced taste of the product. It can be sweet, neutral, or slightly salty. In this review, I will offer a variant of the simplest and most affordable way to decorate eclairs with sweet cream and chocolate icing. It will take you a minimum of time to complete it, and the available products will be used.

Ingredients:
- Baked eclairs - 15 pcs.
- Eggs - for protein cream
- Chocolate - 100 g
- Sugar - 50 g
- Drinking water - 75 ml
- Coconut flakes - 1 tablespoon
Step-by-step recipe for decorating eclairs

So, when the eclairs are ready, break the chocolate into pieces, put it in a clean bowl, which you place on a container of water. Melt the chocolate in a water bath to a liquid consistency, but do not bring it to a boil.
2. Cut the finished chilled eclairs in half lengthwise. They are baked as follows. The butter is melted. It is divorced with water and heated to 90 degrees. 3. So, prepare the coconut and melted chocolate.
4. Dip the eclair caps in the melted chocolate so that they are completely covered with icing.
5. While the chocolate is hot, sprinkle it with coconut. At this point, you should have a cream ready, which is laid out on the first half of the eclairs. In this recipe, I used a protein cream. To prepare it, you need to beat the egg whites and add caramel from them, which is made from water and sugar. But you can also use custard cream. To do this, the eggs are ground with sugar, milk is poured into it and brought to a boil. Starch is poured in a thin stream, cooled and butter is added. Sour cream is also suitable. 6. Cover the halves of the cream-filled eclairs with the lids with chocolate icing.
