Today is another version of a similar dish. We are going to prepare the "Panicle" salad, where the main ingredients of the salad are cabbage, beets and apples.
A few words about the main ingredients. Cabbage is a storehouse of vitamins. It contains potassium, vitamin C, proteins and other useful substances. In addition, it is cabbage that is considered one of the main products in weight loss. It contains fiber, which improves the functioning of the intestines, removes toxins and normalizes cholesterol. It is useful for constipation, hemorrhoids, poor food digestion. Beets are also good for weight loss. The root vegetable contains betaine, thanks to which it cleanses the intestines and improves metabolism, and fiber, which enhances gastric motility and improves the digestion process. In addition, the vegetable is also useful for constipation and hemorrhoids. Apples are just as healthy as the above vegetables. They, along with cabbage and beets, improve the functioning of the stomach and improve motor skills. As you can see, the composition of the products is aimed at cleansing the intestines, which, accordingly, leads to the disposal of extra pounds.

Step-by-step preparation of the "Broom" salad from cabbage, beets and apples:
1. Choose fresh and juicy cabbage for salad. I use white cabbage, but this is not necessary at all. You can choose between red cabbage or Peking cabbage, and chop the selected cabbage into thin strips. Sprinkle the white or red one with a pinch of salt and remember with your hands to let the juice start. Peking cabbage does not need to be salted, it is very juicy and does not need additional juiciness.
2. Berté apples are sour or sweet and sour. They should be juicy, crunchy and firm. easily cut into strips or cubes. Soft and loose ones will not work. I did not remove the peel from the fruit, but there are exceptions. Therefore, you can peel the peel. Remove the seed box from the fruit and cut it into strips or grate.
3. Fresh beets are used. Choose a vegetable that is young, firm, juicy and bright. Peel it and grate it on a coarse grater or cut into thin strips.
4. Place all prepared foods in a bowl.
5. Season them with vegetable or other oil such as olive.
6. Stir the salad and serve. If you will not eat it right away, then pour oil and stir, immediately before a meal.
