- Celery - 20 g
- Beets - 0.5 pcs.

Step-by-step preparation of Chinese cabbage salad with celery, beets and apples, recipe with photo:
1. Remove the required amount of leaves from the head of Chinese cabbage, wash them under running water and dry with a paper towel. Use a sharp knife to chop into thin strips and place in a deep bowl.
