  3. Bring the crusts to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. Place the crusts in a colander and rinse thoroughly under running water. The water should be as cold as possible.
  5. Then put the peel back in the pot and pour 2.5 liters of cold water over it.
