- Chinese cabbage - 5-6 leaves
- Salt - a pinch
- Carrots - 1 pc.

Step-by-step preparation of Chinese cabbage salad, apple and poached egg, recipe with photo:
1. Remove the required amount of leaves from the Chinese cabbage. Wash and dry with a paper towel. Then chop into strips. Do not wash excess leaves, as they will wither, deteriorate in appearance, and will not crunch.
2. Peel the carrots, wash and cut into small strips or grate on a coarse grater.
3. Wash the apples, dry them with a cotton towel, remove the stalks with a special knife and cut into strips or grate. Cut the carrots and apple to the same size.
