A new-fashioned culinary trend is baked goods with oatmeal. This is an easy, quick and tasty treat that does not require sophisticated ingredients, but is prepared from what you find in the fridge. The taste is excellent. Those with a sweet tooth will definitely like this dessert, although anyone at the table will gladly eat such a product. I propose an excellent idea for a recipe, and most importantly, a quick preparation of a cupcake with oatmeal. As a basis for cooking, I took the usual basic recipe, which I slightly supplemented and modified.
The presence of cocoa powder in the baking gave the product an amazing chocolate aroma and taste, and the oatmeal made the baked goods less nutritious and more dietary. In addition, I made a small digression and replaced butter with vegetable oil, and instead of milk I took kefir. As a result, such a product is tender and soft. This is the perfect option for quick, quick homemade baked goods! And to speed up the cake preparation process even more, you can use small portioned muffin tins. They cook baked goods in significantly less time than one large cake.

Step-by-step preparation of a coffee and chocolate cake with oatmeal, recipe with photo:
1. Pour kefir at room temperature into a container for kneading dough. It is important to observe the temperature regime of the fermented milk product, otherwise the soda will not enter into the desired reaction with it. Add vegetable oil and mix well.
2. Next, add the cocoa powder and mix the liquid base thoroughly.
3. Add oatmeal and stir again. You can use them whole or grind them to a flour condition.
4. Combine flour, soda, citric acid, salt and sugar. Stir dry ingredients and pour into liquid base.
5. Knead the mass until smooth and smooth, so that there are no lumps. To do this, use a whisk or mixer with the appropriate attachments. Line a baking dish with baking parchment and pour out the dough. Place the dough in a preheated oven to 180 degrees for 40 minutes. Check the readiness of the product by piercing a wooden splinter (with a toothpick, skewer or a match): it must be dry. If there are pieces of dough sticking, continue baking the product for another 5 minutes and check the doneness again. Cool the finished cake in the form, and then remove it, otherwise it may break when hot. Pour icing or fondant over it, if desired, and serve to the dessert table.
