  • Chinese buns … Dissolve 1 teaspoon of warm yeast in half a glass of warm water. After the bubbles appear (after 10 minutes), sift 200 grams of flour, mix with 1 teaspoon of salt, make a depression, pour the yeast into it. Knead the dough with olive oil, it should not stick to your hands. Cut a bunch of slime onions into medium slices. Roll out the dough into a thin layer, grease with olive oil, salt and pepper (you can add a little dry paprika). Put the onion on top, roll the dough into a roll. Cut the roll into equal parts 1-2 centimeters wide. We lightly press each piece. Put the buns in a double boiler, cook for 20-25 minutes. Serve with sour cream (you can squeeze a clove of garlic into it and pepper).
  • Casserole … Homemade cottage cheese (500 grams), rub through a sieve into a paste. Grate 200 grams of cheese on a fine mesh grater. Finely chop a bunch of mangyr, 2 cloves of garlic and cilantro greens, mix with cottage cheese and cheese. Prepare 4 eggs, separate the whites from the yolks, immediately add the yolks to the curd mass, mixing with dry paprika and ground black pepper. Beat the whites with salt until an airy mass, add in parts to the cottage cheese. Bake in small, oiled tins at 200 degrees until the top is browned (15-20 minutes).
  • Salty cake … Fry 4 thin omelets with herbs and grated cheese to taste. Put on a plate, let cool slightly.
