Although it can be prepared on weekdays, as a rule, such dishes are prepared for some kind of celebration. Of course, such a salad does not apply to budget meals, and its preparation requires some material costs. But it is delicious, nutritious and easy on the stomach. At the same time, the process of its preparation does not take much time, and the table will be decorated with a cute dish, which is still healthy and tasty. Since shrimp have antioxidant properties, they are rich in minerals and vitamins, improve immunity and help maintain youth. Therefore, whenever possible, try to include them in your diet more often.
When planning to prepare this salad, it is important to purchase quality shrimp. They are sold frozen, peeled or shell-on, raw or cooked. Defrost them gradually, at room temperature. But modern chefs advise to cook them and add salt, bay leaves and black peppercorns to the water. Then the shrimp meat will be very tasty and aromatic.

Ingredients:
- Tomatoes - 1 pc.
- Boiled frozen shrimps - 100 g
- Salt - 0.5 tsp
- Cucumbers - 1 pc.
- Basil - several branches
- Crab sticks - 4 pcs.
- Parsley - a few twigs
- Vegetable oil - for dressing
Step by step cooking salad with tomatoes, shrimps and crab sticks, recipe with photo:
1. Wash the tomatoes, dry with a paper towel and cut into wedges.
2. Wash cucumbers, dry and cut into thin 4 mm half rings.
3. Cut the crab sticks into cubes. They are usually sold frozen. To avoid spoiling their taste, do not use a microwave oven or hot water for defrosting. Thaw them at room temperature.
Wash greens, dry and chop finely.
4. Pour the shrimp with boiling water and leave for 5-7 minutes to thaw. Then peel them off and cut off the head.
5. Put all the food in a deep bowl, salt, season with vegetable oil and stir. Ready salad with tomatoes, shrimps and crab sticks is ready to serve. Serve fresh. If you will not serve immediately, then season with salt and oil just before serving. Otherwise, the tomatoes will flow and spoil the appearance of the salad.
