To do this, empty the contents of the egg into a cup of water.
2. Season the eggs with a small pinch of salt and microwave the eggs at 850 kW for 50-60 seconds. However, cooking times may differ from one appliance to another. Therefore, keep an eye on their readiness. As soon as the protein coagulates, the poached is considered ready.
3. Pour boiling water over the shrimps and leave for 3-5 minutes to thaw.
4. Wash the tomatoes, dry with a paper towel and cut into medium-sized wedges.
5. Wash cucumbers, dry, cut off the ends and cut into thin half rings.
6. Defrost crab sticks naturally without using a microwave oven and water. To do this, remove them from the freezer in advance. Then remove the wrapping from them and cut into cubes.
7. Wash greens, dry and finely chop.
8. Peel the shrimp and cut off the head.
