Crucian carp is a well-known and popular freshwater fish. Of it, there are a huge number of all kinds of dishes that are famous for their excellent taste. While cooking this delicious fish, some people have a question: "How long does it take to fry it?" I will answer! Crucian carp cooks very quickly. Just 20 minutes is enough and the meat will be soft and juicy. If you keep the carcass for a longer time, then a ruddy crust forms on the fish, while the crucian will become a little drier. Cooking baked crucian carp
1. Peel the garlic and chop finely with a sharp knife. Wash the lemon and cut in half. Put one part in the refrigerator, it will not be needed, and squeeze out the juice from the second.
2. Combine the following marinade spices in a small, deep container: soy sauce, lemon juice, minced garlic, wasabi, and fish seasoning.
3. Stir the food until smooth.
4. Place the carp in the sink and scrape off the husk with a scraper. Open the abdomen and remove the entrails. Do this carefully so as not to damage the gallbladder, otherwise bile may leak out and spoil the taste of the meat. Also remove the gills as it is from them that the fish begins to deteriorate. After that, rinse the carcasses under running water and make transverse cuts on them with a sharp knife. Thanks to this, the meat will be better marinated and will be saturated with spice flavors inside.
5. Brush each fish, inside and outside, with sauce, leave to marinate for half an hour. Although you can stand it for a longer time, or if there is no time to wait, you can start cooking right away.
6. Line a baking sheet with baking parchment and place the fish on it. To be on the safe side, to make sure the fish won't stick to the surface, grease the baking sheet with oil.
7. Heat the oven to 200 degrees and send the crucian carp to bake for 20-30 minutes. The cooking time depends on the size of the fish and the desired degree of doneness. If you want softer meat, keep the fish in the oven for less time, prefer a fried crust - bake longer.
8. Decorate the finished crucian carp with a net of mayonnaise or any other products and serve.
