Pizza is an open cake made in the form of a tortilla, filled with toppings and topped with melted cheese. This is one of the most popular Italian national dishes in the world. There are hundreds of variations of its preparation: different dough, all kinds of fillings, methods of decoration … This pizza recipe is not quite standard. Outwardly, it will look like a real pie. - Frozen dough - 500 g
- Sausages - 7-8 pcs.

- Ham - 300 g
- Cheese - 250 g
- Garlic - 2-3 cloves
- Onions - 2 pcs.
- Mayonnaise - 50 mg
- Ketchup - 50 mg
Cooking pizza pie with sausage
1. Cut the ham into cubes about 1 cm sides. You can use any other meat ingredients instead.
2. Wash the tomatoes and use a sharp knife to cut them into slices approximately 5 mm thick.
3. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
4. Peel the garlic and onion, rinse and chop finely.
5. Make the dough according to your favorite recipe or use a store-bought frozen one. Roll it out to a thickness of about 3-5 mm and arrange it in a round shape. Spread the sausages evenly around the circular edge. If you are using frozen dough, defrost it first. Do this naturally without using the microwave.
6. Tuck the free edge of the dough and cover the sausages.
7. Send the dough to a little bake in a heated oven to 200 degrees for 5-7 minutes, and immediately remove it. It should only brown a little.
8. Liberally grease the pizza with ketchup, sprinkle with chopped onions and garlic. If you wish, you can pre-pickle the onions in vinegar.
9. Fill the pizza cavity with ham, top with tomato slices and top with mayonnaise.
10. Sprinkle everything with grated cheese and send to an oven heated to 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
11. Serve the finished pizza immediately after preparation. Cut it into portions and invite the family to dine.
