Cheese is served on a festive table and for a family dinner. Today we'll talk about how to make a vegetable salad with melted cheese. Cooking it is very simple and inexpensive, especially if the vegetables are from your own garden. It is worth noting the huge benefits of fresh vegetable salads, and first of all, it is fiber, which cleanses the body well. The set of vegetables in the recipe can be supplemented or modified. Today I have selected tomatoes and cucumbers. But no less tasty will be a salad with the addition of cabbage or bell peppers.
Use different varieties of cheese for making salad, it is even possible to combine several types. The cheese has excellent taste, it is rich in minerals (potassium salts, thiamine, riboflavin, vitamin A). In addition, cheese contains up to 30% complete protein and 2 times more milk fat. It will add tenderness, piquancy and additional satiety to a vegetable salad. Such a dish will be appropriate both on the festive table and in the daily diet. The cheese is usually cut into cubes or grated before adding to the dish. I chose olive oil for dressing the dish. But you can make a more interesting dressing with mayonnaise, butter, soy sauce, mustard, garlic, honey …

Ingredients:
- Tomatoes - 2 pcs.
- Onions - 1 pc. small size
- Processed cheese - 100 g
- Bitter pepper - 2/3 parts
- Cucumbers - 2 pcs.
- Parsley - a few twigs
- Dill - a few twigs
- Ground black pepper - a pinch
- Salt - 0.25 tsp or to taste
- Olive oil - for dressing
Step by step cooking vegetable salad with melted cheese, recipe with photo:
1. Wash the tomatoes, dry with a paper towel and cut into wedges or cubes. Do not grind the tomatoes very finely, because the fruit will flow and ruin the look and taste of the salad.
2. Cut the processed cheese into cubes. If it is badly chopped, tk. very soft, then put it in the freezer for 15 minutes. The cheese will become harder and easier to cut.
3. Wash the cucumbers, dry them, cut off the ends and cut into thin half rings of 3-4 mm.
4. Peel the onions, wash and chop thinly into half rings.
5. Remove the seed box from the hot pepper, because it is in the seeds that there is a lot of bitterness. Wash it and chop it finely.
6. Wash greens, dry and chop finely.
7. Place all chopped vegetables and cheese into a deep bowl.
8. Season vegetable salad with melted cheese salt, top with olive oil and serve. It should be served immediately after preparation. If you plan to use it not immediately, then fill with oil and salt immediately before use.
