- White cabbage - 200 g

- Green peas - 100 g
- Vegetable oil - for dressing

Step by step cooking vegetable salad with green peas and poached egg, recipe with photo:
1. Place the contents of the egg in a mug of water, add a pinch of salt and vinegar.
2. Send the egg to the microwave and cook it for 1 minute at 850 kW. If the power of the appliance is different, then adjust the cooking time yourself. You can also cook poached in a different way than you are used to.
3. Wash white cabbage and chop into thin strips. If the cabbage is not young, sprinkle it with salt and crush it with your hands so that it lets out the juice. A young vegetable is juicy, so there is no need to carry out such actions.
4. Wash the tomatoes, dry and cut into slices.
5. Place the green peas in a sieve and wash. Open the pods and remove the peas.
