- Chicken - 1 carcass
- Ground nutmeg - 0.5 tsp
- Salt - a small pinch
- Ground black pepper - a pinch
- Ground orange peel - 0.3 tsp
- Soy sauce - 2-3 tablespoons

1. Pour the soy sauce into a small container.
2. Next, sprinkle with ground nutmeg.
3. Add dried ground orange zest. If not dried, use fresh citrus. You can also use lemon or lime zest. Add any spices and seasonings to taste if desired.
4. Stir the sauce well.
