Ingredients:
- Any pasta - 50 g
- Eggs - 1 pc.
- Ramson - a few leaves
- Olive oil - for frying
- Spinach - a few leaves
- Salt - 0.5 tsp or to taste
Step by step cooking spaghetti with spinach, wild garlic and poached egg, recipe with photo:
1. Boil a poached egg. This can be done in several ways: the classic option is in water on the stove, or in a bag or on a steam bath. But the easiest method is in the microwave. To do this, fill a container with 100 ml of drinking water and empty the contents of the egg into it. Do this carefully so that the yolk does not spread.
2. Send the eggs to the microwave. Cook them for 1 minute at a power of 850 kW. If the power of the appliance is different, adjust the cooking time.
3. As soon as the protein coagulates, remove the container from the microwave. Drain off the hot water immediately. Otherwise, if the egg is in it, it will continue to cook and the yolk will become hard.
4. Cut spinach and wild garlic leaves from the stem and wash under running drinking water. Dry them with a paper towel and cut into thin strips.
5. Pour drinking water into a saucepan, add salt and boil. Dip pasta in it, stir and boil. Reduce heat to medium and cook until tender. The cooking time is indicated on the manufacturer's packaging for each grade and type of product. Tilt the boiled pasta onto a sieve and leave to glass all the water.

6. Pour olive oil into a skillet and heat. Send the green leaves to the skillet.
