This is exactly the recipe I present to you: cookies on kefir in 10 minutes. A minimum of products, a minimum of time, and the result - you will lick your fingers. Delicate, moderately sweet, melting in the mouth cookies will be to everyone's taste: both guests and family. Such a dessert will not get bored, since every time it can be prepared a little differently: sprinkle with sesame seeds, coconut or poppy seeds, make a variety of cookie shapes, slightly change the taste by adding vanilla, lemon or orange zest, etc. So without wasting time, let's start cooking and start creating!

- Kefir - 0.5 tbsp.
- Chicken egg - 1 pc.
- Sugar - 0.5 tbsp.
- Flour - 2 tbsp.
- Vegetable oil - 0.33 tbsp.
- Baking powder - 1 tsp.

Step-by-step cooking of cookies on kefir in 10 minutes
Combine kefir (preferably not from the refrigerator) with an egg. We mix.
Add vegetable oil. It is better to take refined for baking: this way the finished dish will not have a bright smell of vegetable oil. Also, for the dough to be successful and rise faster, all the ingredients should be at about the same temperature.
Sift the flour in advance and combine with a baking powder and a pinch of salt. Stir it into a liquid dough base.
We carefully combine all the ingredients and knead a tender, elastic dough. Depending on the quality of the flour, it can turn out to be more or less tight. I got it soft and tender.
Let's start forming cookies. If the dough sticks to your hands, but it is worth hammering it, adding flour. Get out of the position by lightly greasing your hands with vegetable oil for further work. Pinch off a small amount from a piece of dough and roll a finger-sized sausage. Roll it in granulated sugar. At this stage, you can turn on your imagination to the fullest: it depends only on you what shape you give to the finished liver. You can roll the dough into a sausage and cut it into pieces, make rings, roll out the dough and cut any molds - in any form, the taste will be great.
We spread the cookies on a baking sheet covered with baking paper.
