Ingredients:
- Crucian carp - 2 pcs.
- Seasoning for fish - 1 tsp
- Mustard - 1 tsp
- Foil - one large cut
- Ground black pepper - a pinch
- Salt - 1/3 tsp or to taste
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
Step-by-step cooking of crucian carp in sauce in foil in the oven, recipe with photo:
1. Peel the carp with a scraper. Rip open your stomach and cleanse the entrails. Remove the black film from the inside of the tummy. Remove the gills and wash the fish under running water. Then dry well with a paper towel and place on a baking sheet covered with foil.
2. Brush the carp on both sides and inside with mustard, season with salt, black pepper and fish seasoning.
