You can cook such balls in a pan on the stove or in a saucepan in the oven. - Pork - 600 g

- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Walnuts - 6 pcs.
- Ground crackers - 50 g
- Hard cheese - 100 g
- Eggs - 2 pcs.
- Tomato paste - 2 tablespoons
- Vegetable oil - for frying
- Dry white wine - 250 ml
- Salt - 1.5 tsp or to taste
- Ground black pepper - a pinch, peas - 4 pcs.
- Bay leaf - 3 pcs.
- Ground sweet paprika - 1 tsp
- Ginger powder - 0.5 tsp
Cooking Italian Meatballs in Tomato Sauce
1. Peel the walnuts, remove the kernels and place in the chopper. You can pre-pierce the nuts a little more in a frying pan.
2. Knock nuts and small crumbs.
3. Grate the cheese on a medium grater. Peel the garlic.
4. Peel the onion, wash, chop into half rings and sauté in vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.
5. Wash the meat, strip it of film, veins and fat. Pass it through the middle rack of a meat grinder, also twist the fried onions and pass the garlic through a press.
6. Pour grated cheese, ground crackers and nut crumbs into the minced meat.
7. Beat in eggs, season with salt and ground pepper.
8. Mix the minced meat well until smooth and smooth.
9. Form medium-sized meatballs, slightly larger than the walnuts.
10. Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil and put the meatballs to fry. Fry them on both sides over high heat until golden brown.
