- Chicken fillet - 4 halves
- Boiled egg - 2 pcs.
- Raw egg - 1 pc.
- Sour cream - 2 tbsp. l.
- Mustard - 1 tsp
- Flour

Step-by-step preparation of chicken chops stuffed with egg and herbs:
1. Rinse the chicken fillet and pat dry with a paper towel. We don't need excess moisture. Cut each half of the fillet in the center, but not completely. So that you can open the fillet. We beat off the meat on both sides, season with salt and pepper.
2. Prepare the filling. We clean the disgusting eggs and cut them into small cubes. Finely chop the greens. Add sour cream and mustard. Salt to taste. We mix.
