- Couscous - 100 g
- Stew - 100 g
- Water - 150 ml
- Tomatoes - 2 pcs.
- Carrots - 1 pc.
- Onions - 1 pc.
- Butter - 40 g
Step by step cooking couscous with stew
1. Before cooking couscous with stewed meat, we make vegetables frying. Peel the onion and cut it into cubes. Peel the carrots and cut them into strips. Heat 20 g of butter in a frying pan and fry the vegetables for about 7 minutes.
2. Wash and chop the tomatoes. They can be cut with a knife or minced. Add to the pan.
3. Open a can of stewed meat, disassemble the pieces of meat into smaller pieces. We send to vegetables and mix.
4. Fry for 5-7 minutes over low heat so that all the ingredients are saturated with the taste and aroma of each other.
