- Vegetable oil - for frying
- Frozen asparagus beans - 200 g
- Salt - 1 tsp or to taste
- Frozen corn kernels - 1 cob
- Frozen sweet peppers - 1 pc.
- Tomato paste - 2 tablespoons
Step-by-step cooking of pasta in a tomato with mixed vegetables, a recipe with a photo:
1. Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan, heat and put the mix of vegetables into it. If you use fresh fruits, peel the bell peppers from seeds, cut off the partitions, wash and cut into strips. Pre-boil the asparagus beans for 5 minutes after boiling the water and cut the pods into 2-3 pieces. Boil the corn and cut the grains from the cobs with a knife.
