Surely in the life of every hostess it happened more than once that there was very little time left to prepare dinner. However, despite the lack of time, I want to make a tasty and satisfying dish. In such situations, pasta with some kind of sauce will help out. This is a real culinary magician. For example, one of the tasty and quick dishes is spaghetti with mushrooms and garlic.
Any mushrooms can be used for the recipe. In this case, forest frozen ones are used, which are boiled before freezing. Therefore, they prepare very quickly. But fresh mushrooms or oyster mushrooms will do. Combined with roasted garlic and spices, mushrooms achieve a more exotic flavor and spice up the pasta.
Any pasta can be used. Linguines, spaghetti, spirals, bows, shells, and even noodles will be delicious. They are available in any season of the year and are not financially expensive. Sauce with mushrooms will give them a unique taste that the dish will be appropriate even for a small festive event. Such a meal will definitely not leave anyone indifferent. Ingredients:
- Spaghetti - 75 g
- Salt - 1 tsp no slide or to taste
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Ground black pepper - a pinch
- Vegetable oil - for frying
- Frozen forest mushrooms - 200 g
Step by step cooking spaghetti with mushrooms and garlic, recipe with photo:
1. Defrost the mushrooms before cooking. The best way to do this is on the bottom shelf of the refrigerator. If you need to do this faster, defrost them at room temperature. But do not use a microwave oven for this process.
Then rinse the mushrooms under running water, dry and cut into medium-sized pieces, and leave the small fruits intact.
Put the pan on the stove, add vegetable oil and heat. Send mushrooms into it and fry for about 5-7 minutes over medium heat.
2. Peel the garlic, cut into strips and send to the pan with mushrooms. Season them with salt and black pepper.
3. Continue to fry the mushrooms and garlic for another 7-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Pour water into a saucepan, salt and boil. Then lower the spaghetti and boil again. Cook the pasta until tender. The cooking time is indicated on the manufacturer's packaging.
5. Tilt the boiled spaghetti onto a sieve to drain excess liquid.
6. Place the pasta on a serving plate.
7. Add mushrooms and garlic to a bowl of spaghetti. Serve the dish to the table immediately after cooking. Since pasta for future use is usually not accepted.
