Autumn is the time of sweet pumpkin, but unfortunately not everyone likes its taste. Therefore, in this recipe, the pumpkin will not play a leading role, but a secondary one. It will be almost invisible among all the other ingredients. You can of course not add it to the dish. But I want to remind you that pumpkin is very rich in vitamins A, C, PP, group B and carotene. It also contains trace elements: potassium, magnesium, iron, calcium. It also differs in simple and complex carbohydrates.

Ingredients:
- Pork - 600 g
- Potatoes - 10 pcs.
- Pumpkin - 300 g
- Onions - 2 pcs.

Cooking pork with potatoes and pumpkin in pots
1. Peel the meat from the film and veins. Rinse and dry with a paper towel. Cut it into slices about 3 cm thick. food in pots should not seem massive.
2. Peel the onion and chop it into half rings.
3. Peel the potatoes, rinse and cut into cubes. I recommend doing this process just before placing potatoes in pots, otherwise it will darken and spoil its appearance.

6. Pour oil into another pan and put onion to be sautéed. Bring it to transparency, stirring occasionally.
