Today, many people are not even familiar with the true and natural taste of products. Now you can buy everything in the supermarket, and it takes much less time for this than for cooking. At the same time, many products are much tastier than store products. In addition, they do not contain various preservatives and harmful additives. The same also applies to noodles, which modern housewives rarely make on their own. We are used to buying it, not preparing it ourselves. This is true when there is no time for cooking, but when such time is found, it is advisable to make these ingredients with your own hands. After all, it takes a minimum of time to prepare it, the process is not complicated at all, and the result exceeds all expectations.

Traditionally, homemade noodles are made from flour, eggs, water and salt. But there is a recipe where water is excluded, leaving only flour, egg and salt. Such noodles are called egg noodles, and I'll tell you about it today. You can cut it into any size: cubes, stripes or figuratively using a wheel. It is very convenient to have a special noodle cutter, this modern technique allows you to roll out the dough and cut the noodles without any hassle. Also, according to this recipe, from the same dough, you can make sheets for lasagna. Then the dough is cut into plates.

Ingredients:

1. Pour flour into a wide bowl or on a countertop and make a small indentation in it, into which pour the egg and add salt.

2. Gradually, scooping up flour from the edges, begin to knead the dough. At first, it may seem that there are not enough eggs and you will want to add more or add water. But don't do that. Continue to knead vigorously.

3. After a while, you will have a tight dough.

4. After spending 15 minutes kneading the dough, you will get an elastic lump.

5. Cut it into convenient pieces and roll each piece thinly, about 2 mm thick.

6. Roll the sheet of dough 4-6 times and take a knife or it is more convenient to use a pizza knife.

7. Cut the dough into strips. Make its thickness no more than 1 cm. Keep in mind that when boiling the noodles will increase in size, so do not cut them too coarsely.

8. Carefully unfold the dough and place the strips on the baking sheet. Dry the noodles either in the oven at 80 degrees with the door open, or naturally in the air or in the warm sunshine in summer.

9. Store the finished noodles in a paper bag or glass jar in a dry place. Use it for any meal, just like a store-bought product.
