Ingredients:
- Liver - 300 g
- Eggs - 1 pc.
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Salt - 2/3 tsp or to taste
- Vegetable oil - for frying
- Onions - 1 pc.
- Ground black pepper - pinch or to taste
- Semolina - 2-3 tablespoons
Step-by-step preparation of liver-semolina pancakes, recipe with photo:
1. Wash the liver, remove the foil and twist it through a meat grinder with a medium wire rack. If you are using pork offal, pre-soak it in milk or cold water to release the bitterness that is inherent in this type of liver.
2. Peel the onions and garlic, wash, dry and also pass through the auger of a meat grinder.
3. Add semolina, salt and black pepper to the products.
4. Then add eggs.
5. Stir the dough until smooth and leave to stand for 15-20 minutes for the semolina to swell and increase in size. Accordingly, the dough will become denser and increase in volume.
