- Pork liver - 500 g
- Milk - 100 ml
- Flour - 3-4 tbsp. l.
- Chicken egg - 1 pc.
- Salt, pepper - to taste

Step by step cooking liver pancakes - recipe with photo
1. In order to cook liver pancakes, first of all, you need to deal with the main ingredient - the liver. It must be washed, films and veins removed. Cut the liver into small pieces and chop, passing through a meat grinder or simply interrupting with a blender. Pork liver can have a bitter taste, so it can be soaked in milk for 30-40 minutes if desired.
2. Add the egg, milk, flour to the crushed liver, emphasize the taste with spices. Mix the liver pancake dough thoroughly.
3. Fry pancakes in a well-heated frying pan in a little sunflower or corn oil. Spread the dough with a spoon, adjusting the size of the pancakes you want to get.
4. Put the finished pancakes on a dish and let cool slightly. Serve with vegetables and any sauce with tomatoes or regular ketchup.
