  • Ground black pepper - 0.5 tsp or to taste
  • Soy sauce - 3 tablespoons
  • Salt - 1 tsp or to taste
  • Figs - 7-10 pcs. depending on the size of the fruit
  • Lemon - 1 pc.

1. Pour mayonnaise into a small saucepan.

7. Wash the figs, dry them with a paper towel and stuff the bird with them. If any fruit remains, place it around the bird. Cover the duck with figs in lemon-soy sauce with cling foil and send it to bake in a heated oven to 180 degrees for 1.5-2 hours. The roasting time is calculated as follows: for 1 kg of carcass - 40 minutes, plus 20 minutes. If you want the poultry to have a golden brown crust, then remove the foil 20-30 minutes before the end of cooking. Serve the finished duck hot, freshly cooked.
