Making pancakes with honey and ginger:
1. Pour the milk into a deep bowl in which you will knead the dough. Pour in unscented vegetable oil, add a pinch of salt, add honey and add an egg.
2. Stir the liquid components with a whisk until they are evenly distributed and the mass becomes homogeneous.
3. Pour flour and ginger powder into the liquid ingredients. Stir the ingredients again until smooth. To keep the dough free from lumps, it is best to use a blender for this. If you have extra time, then it is better to let the dough brew for half an hour. Then the gluten will be released, from which the pancakes will turn out to be stronger, and most likely will not tear when frying and turning over.
4. Place the pan on the stove and heat it up. Before baking the first pancake, brush its surface with a thin layer of vegetable oil or a piece of bacon. Collect half a ladle of dough and pour it into the center of the pan. Rotate it until the dough takes the shape of a round pancake.
5. Fry the pancake on one side for about 2 minutes until golden brown, then gently turn it over and bring it golden. On the second side, the pancakes are fried twice as fast as on the first.
6. Serve ready-made pancakes hot and with your favorite jam, jam, a scoop of ice cream, sour cream, etc.
