The chicken is delicious and very easy to cook! The meat is tender, juicy, fragrant, moderately spicy and with a crispy golden crust, which is impossible to pass by. Of course, there is a more dietary option - fried chicken breasts, but such mouth-watering thighs are difficult to refuse. This dish is a great option for a hearty lunch or dinner. Chicken thighs go well with almost any side dish. They will go well with mashed potatoes, boiled spaghetti, rice or cereals. But, in spite of all the simplicity of the food, the recipe has certain subtleties in preparation:
- Use medium thighs.
- Buy chilled chicken.
- If you have frozen meat, then defrost it first: in the refrigerator. It is not recommended to use a microwave or hot water for defrosting.
- If you have time, marinate the meat in your favorite sauce beforehand.

Ingredients:
- Chicken thighs - 2 pcs.
- Ground black pepper - a pinch
- Salt - 0.5 tsp or to taste
- Vegetable oil - for frying
- Red hot ground pepper - pinch or to taste
Step by step cooking spicy fried chicken thighs, recipe with photo:
1. Wash and dry chicken thighs with a paper towel. Chop them into 3-4 pieces so that the meat roasts faster.
2. Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan and heat it well. Then place the chicken so that the pieces don't touch each other. This will cook them well.
3. Fry the thighs over high heat until golden brown, which will seal the juice in them. Then season them with salt and ground black and hot red peppers. Cover the pan with a lid, turn the heat to medium and simmer the meat for 10-15 minutes. Check the readiness as follows: cut the meat with a sharp knife and look at the color of the juice. If it is transparent, then the meat is ready, bruised - continue cooking for another 5 minutes and taste again. But do not overcook the meat on the fire, otherwise the spicy fried chicken thighs will be dry, and to restore their juiciness, you will need to simmer in the sauce. Serve freshly cooked hot food to the table.
