- Potatoes - 1 kg
- Soy sauce - 2 tbsp l.
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. l.
- Garlic - 3 teeth.

Step by step cooking of oven baked potatoes with soy sauce
You can cook the dish both from young potatoes and from winter ones. Wash the young potatoes thoroughly with a brush and cut into 4 or 6 pieces lengthwise.
