Pork is a great base for a wide variety of dishes. Moderately fatty, tender and tasty meat is almost impossible to cook poorly, even if there is no cooking experience. The easiest way is to bake in the oven along with the side dish. This is an ideal dish for housewives who do not like to spend a lot of time in the kitchen! Today we bake meat with rice and vegetables in the oven. The dish turns out to be juicy, tender and aromatic. It can be cooked at the same time for a festive and everyday table. At any feast, it will be perceived positively. Another good recipe is that it does not take a lot of time to cook. Just a few minutes to cut the food, and then the oven will do everything. According to this recipe, you can cook not only pork, but also other types of meat. If you prefer more dietary meals, then take veal, chicken or turkey. - Garlic - 1 head
- Ground black pepper - a pinch
- Carrots - 1-2 pcs.

1. Wash the rice well under running water to remove all gluten. So it will be crumbly and will not stick together in the finished dish. Place it evenly in a baking dish, such as a ceramic or glass dish, and season with salt. I still have a small bone with pieces of meat, which I decided to bake.
2. Wash the pork, dry it with a paper towel, cut the films with veins and remove excess fat. If the calorie content of the dish does not scare you, then you can leave the fat. Cut the meat into slices and place in an even layer over the rice. Season with salt and pepper. Thus, when baking, the meat will soak the rice, and it will become especially tasty. Therefore, on the contrary, it is unnecessary to lay out the products in the form.
3. Peel the carrots, wash and cut into bars. Peel the garlic. Place the vegetables in a dish filled with food.
4. Pour drinking water into the dish to bring it to the level of the meat, and season the dish with your favorite spices and herbs.
5. Cover the food with a lid or wrap in cling foil. Send the pork with rice, carrots and garlic to bake in a preheated oven to 180 degrees for 45 minutes. The food can be served directly in the form in which it was prepared, so that each eater can independently impose the required portion.
