- Potatoes - 3-4 large tubers
- Onions - 1 pc.
- Carrots - 1 pc.
- Sweet pepper - 1 pc.
- Squash - 200 g
- Sausages - 2-3 pieces
- Water - half a glass
- Vegetable oil - 2-3 tbsp. l.
- Salt and pepper to taste.

1. You can stew potatoes in a brazier, in a cauldron, in pots, but we will cook it in a slow cooker. This will greatly facilitate our work and significantly reduce the cooking time.
We prepare vegetables. Carefully wash and peel potatoes, onions, carrots, squash and peppers. Three carrots on a coarse grater, cut onions in half rings, and pepper into strips and send them to the multicooker bowl, pouring a small amount of vegetable oil to the bottom. We also send sausages cut into circles there.
2. We set the "Fry" mode and let the products lightly brown for 10 minutes.
3. Cut potatoes and squash into small cubes and also put in a bowl, salt and pepper to taste.
4. Fill vegetables with water and set the "Stew" mode on the multicooker. After 15–20 minutes, check the readiness of the potatoes. If it pierces easily with a fork, the sausage stew is ready.
5. Serve the dish with chopped herbs. Stewed potatoes can serve on their own or can be a wonderful and very satisfying side dish.
