- Ground black pepper - a pinch

Step by step cooking chicken cutlets with vegetables and cheese, recipe with photo:
1. Prepare all products for a meat grinder. Peel, wash and chop the potatoes with onions. Wash the chicken fillet, cut off the film (if any) and also cut it. If you have chicken parts, then cut the meat from the bones. Be sure to take fresh poultry, and better homemade.
2. Twist the chicken, potatoes and onions through a meat grinder with a medium wire rack. Grate the cheese on a coarse or medium grater. Add salt and black pepper to the products. Do not limit the addition of spices, you can put whatever you like the most. The more spices, the better and tastier the dish will turn out.
3. Stir foods and add one raw egg.
4. Mix the minced meat well again. It is better to do this with your hands, passing it between your fingers. You can add garlic passed through a press, it will give the dish an incomparable aroma.
5. Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet, because it is necessary to fry the cutlets exclusively in a well-heated pan with oil. With wet hands, so that the minced meat does not stick, form into oval or round patties. Place them in the skillet.
6. Fry the patties on one side over medium heat until golden brown. Then turn over to the other side, where bring them to readiness. Keep a close eye on the cooking time. The products should turn out to be juicy, at the same time not raw, and in no case overcooked, otherwise the cutlets will become dry. If you wish, you can put the cutlets in a saucepan, pour in some water and simmer over low heat under the lid.
