Therefore, you cannot overexpose them in the oven.
It is worth noting that the chops can be supplemented with a variety of other ingredients. In this recipe, I used onion cheese. - Chicken fillet - 1 pc.
- Ground black pepper - a pinch
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Spices and herbs to taste
- Onions - 0.5 pcs.
- Tomatoes - 1 pc.
- Mayonnaise - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - 1 tsp or to taste
- Cheese - 100 g
Step by step cooking chicken chops with tomatoes in the oven, recipe with photo:
1. Wash and dry the chicken fillet with a paper towel. Cut it in half lengthwise. Use a hammer to beat off the fillets on both sides.
2. Wash the tomato, dry it and cut into 5 mm rings.
3. Peel the onion and garlic and chop: onion - into thin half rings, garlic - into small cubes.
4. Grate the cheese on a medium or coarse grater.
5. Place the chicken fillet in a baking dish or baking sheet. Season it with salt and black pepper. Also add some spices and herbs to taste.
6. Place chopped onion and garlic on half of the chicken chop.
7. Spread several rings of tomatoes over the top.
8. Sprinkle the food with a generous amount of cheese shavings.
9. Cover the filling with the free edge of the chicken fillet. Top with salt, pepper and mayonnaise. Use mayonnaise as desired.
