  • Chicken fillet - 500 g
  • Breadcrumbs - 70 g or more
  • Sour cream - 1-2 tbsp. l.
  • Egg - 2 pcs.
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Vegetable oil for frying

1. Chicken fillets should be washed and dried with a paper towel. Then cut in half to make two halves. We cut each half into 3-4 pieces along the entire piece.

We spread the pieces on a board and cover them with a bag or cling film. We beat them with a meat hammer. Just do not be zealous, the meat is very tender, a little more strength, and you will get minced meat.

2. Combine the egg and sour cream in a bowl and beat until smooth.

3. Dip the prepared chops first in an egg, and then roll in croutons. To make the dish even tastier, add a mixture of peppers, paprika, salt, dried garlic to the bread crumbs and mix well.
